Potato Smiles – My Fussy Eater

The essential side to your school dinner main, we are still trying to find excuses to add them to our boring “grown-up” dinners. However, we have come across this fantastic recipe from My Fussy Eater which will appeal to both children and adults alike. Hooray!

The Pudding

Arctic Roll – BBC Good Food

Although traditionally not from the 90s, we still feel like this classic sponge pudding deserves a spot on the list thanks to being a staple on our childhood school dinner menu. Making everything from scratch, you’ll not only impress your guests by creating a homemade culinary masterpiece, you will also impress your guests with your finely tuned rolling skills.
