Our top five Valentine’s Day tipples that we most definitely feel the love for

Who’s unsure whether to stay at home this Valentine’s Day evening? In our honest opinion, it certainly beats booking into an overpriced restaurant with a hundred other couples. Plus, you can ensure all your favourite drinks are in the fridge!

Have we convinced you yet? Read on to discover our top tipples to enjoy at home, all found in your local Central stores.

Cheers!

Lelac Champagne – £16 – 75cl

An elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir – this fruity champagne, with intense notes of pear, apples and citrus fruits is a fantastic accompaniment to fish dishes.

Rossini Prosecco – £8 – 75cl

If you prefer to quaff Prosecco instead of Champagne, we highly recommend Rossini Prosecco. If you have any crème de cassis left over from Christmas add it to your fizz to create a delicious Kir Royale – we are celebrating after all!

Campo Viejo Rioja Garnacha – £8 – 75cl

If you are cooking a delicious steak tonight, or you simply prefer red wine, why not get in a bottle or two of this fruity and fresh Spanish red wine. Spicy, yet smooth, this premium Rioja has notes of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and blackberry enhanced with subtle notes of sweet spices and toast.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc – £8 – 75cl

We love a New Zealand Sauvignon here at Central Offers and one of our particular favourites is from Oyster Bay. Delightfully aromatic with hints of bright citrus tones, tropical fruits, this refreshing drink will no doubt become a staple in your drink’s cabinet.

Gordons Pink Gin – £14.50 – 70cl

Get into the Valentine’s spirit with Gordon’s very own Pink Gin, perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon’s with the sweetness of raspberries and strawberries. The perfect addition to a Pink Gin Spritz, blend Gordon’s Pink with ice. Sicilian lemon tonic and Prosecco. Delicious!
